Q. Will there will a waitlist for the Blackity Black Tour (BBT)?
A. Yes, there will be a waitlist for individuals who were unable to meet the first come, first serve reservations with deposits. If availability becomes available, the next eligible person on the waitlist will be contacted and are required to pay their deposit and all subsequent payments.

Q: What type of payments are accepted to reserve a spot for BBT?

Please note, if a payment received by check results in insufficient funds, you will be responsible for a $35.00 insufficient funds fee for the returned check.

Q: What if I miss a payment?
A: If the payment plan option is chosen, payments are due the 15th of every month. Reminders
will be sent as a courtesy. One (1) missed payment may result in an automatic cancellation and
will follow refund policies outlined in our cancellation policy. Maintaining on time payments are important as an automatic cancellation may result in your spot being given to someone on the waitlist.

Q: Will ETC accept late payments?
A: Payments are expected to be made by the due date which is the 15th of EVERY month. If late, you may receive a courtesy reminder and if arrangements have not been made, your reservation will be cancelled and someone on the waitlist will take your place.

Q: What if I need to cancel the trip?
A: Cancellations must be made by filling out and signing an ETC Cancellation Request Form. A refund disbursement is based on schedule listed below:

Q: Can I have my own room?
A: Pricing is based on two-person occupancy. If you don’t have a roommate in mind prior to registering, one will be assigned to you.

Q: How much should I budget for tips?
A: Go with your heart. Tipping someone who does you a service is a customary way of
honoring that person for making your life easier. It’s a show of gratitude. Use common
sense when tipping. The more difficult the task, the bigger the gratuity should be. Default
on the side of generosity. Don’t regard tipping as optional.
Q: Is there an age limit?
A: As much as we’d love to include all ages, this will be a grown folks party. 21&up only!
Q: Is there an option to participate in only the activities of BBT?
A: No, BBT is an all-inclusive trip. There are only two packages available, with or without a flight.
Q: How is ETC handling COVID, Monkey Pox or any other infectious disease?
A: We will assess closer to the event date.
